Can I import and send my own HTML file in Mail Designer?
Directly importing your own HTML file into Mail Designer and sending it from there is not currently supported.
For features such as flexible moving and reordering of layout blocks to work reliably, newsletters need to follow a specific internal structure used by the app.
If you already have an HTML newsletter, it needs to be recreated manually in Mail Designer.
The Mail Designer team can help with this as part of the Design Services offering if you need support transferring an existing design.
