Can I continue working with my Mail Designer templates if I reactivate my Design Plan later?
Yes. If your templates are saved locally on your Mac, they remain on your machine and can be opened and previewed later. Local saving is available with Mail Designer 365 Business and Enterprise Design Plans.
When you have an active Mail Designer 365 Design Plan again, you can continue using Design Plan features such as editing, saving, exporting, and sending templates.
For designs saved in projects, availability depends on project activity and data retention. Automatic deletion for data protection reasons occurs at the earliest after 6 months of complete inactivity, meaning only if no active Design Plan is being used.
