How long are Mail Designer project files kept if I stop using my Design Plan?
Content saved in Mail Designer projects is safe for at least 6 months after your Design Plan is no longer active.
After 6 months of complete inactivity, project content may be deleted for data protection reasons.
Complete inactivity means that no active Mail Designer 365 Design Plan is being used. If you still have an active Design Plan, your project data is not considered inactive for this purpose.
Without an active Design Plan, you may still be able to open and preview existing templates, but editing, saving, exporting, and sending require an active Design Plan.
