Please grab the 2 original LG apps from the AppStore. Try to connect your TV to these apps.

  • LG TV Remote
  • LG TV Remote 2011
  • If these do not work, then you cannot use remote control with your LG TV using TV Pro.

    How do I cancel my subscription in iTunes?
     
    All Apple subscriptions are managed in iTunes.

    You will find all running subscriptions under "Subscriptions." You can also disable the automatic extension of your subscriptions.
     
    How can I change the welcome screen of the TV Pro app?
     
    At the start, the Covergirl Jenny appears in the TV Pro app on the iPhone. You can change this start image with your own image:
    ‣ Go to "Settings" (Einstellungen) > "Welcome screen" (Begrüßungsbild) 
    ‣ Simply select your own picture. 
    Under TV Pro Classic, the settings are located behind the gear wheel in the lower right corner.
     
     
     
     
     
     
    How can I cancel my subscription on the App Store?
     
    To cancel or manage a subscription in the App Store, open the App Store, sign in, and click on your account icon in the bottom left corner of the window.

    Then, click "View information" in the top right of the window, enter your password if prompted and scroll down until you see the subheading "Manage". Here you will be able to see how many subscriptions you have associated with your account.



    Click on "Manage" to view and edit your subscriptions on your Mac.

    Ich habe TV Pro Gold aus der TV Pro Classic App. Kann ich das auf Gold Max upgraden?
     
    TV Pro Gold aus der Classic App kann leider nicht auf ein TV Pro Max Upgrade angewendet werden.

    Warum?
    Technisch handelt es sich im AppStore um einen Kauf in einer anderen App. Apple erlaubt es in diesem Fall nicht, die beiden Käufe zu verlinken. Daher kann kein Restguthaben angerechnet werden und das bisherige Gold Classic Abo wird auch nicht automatisch beendet.

    Update 09.09.2022: Wir versuchen diesen Fall zukünftig in der App zu erkennen und einen entsprechenden Hinweis anzuzeigen.
     
     
     
     
    Why is no program displayed for Sky Sport 1 and Sky Sport 2?
